Quarterly report key audit findings and follow-up status to SBCS. Discuss in Audit Committee Meeting if necessary.
If the job observes difficulties in maintaining independence, Audit Committee Meeting will discuss and take corrective actions at SBCS level.
2. Set ICD annual audit focus and monitor the completion. The job needs to be focused on the value creation for Beverages, based on all information gained from all channels.
3. Update ICD audit methodology and taxation regulations to the team members for staff development.
4. Develop Internal Control Culture through making use of all occasions, conference, meeting, work lunch, etc., to disseminate Internal Control concept to business partners.
5. Proactively involve in SBCS policy update, provide advisory service to Swire bottlers and lead ad hoc assignments for compliance, mitigation of risks and better business decisions.
6. Responsible for tax health check for Swire Bottlers and Affiliates in Mainland China to mitigate tax risks and identify tax saving opportunities.
7. Enhance system for tax self-monitoring function on business decision and tax operation. The job needs to borrow the strength of Accounting and Financial Control Departments to enhance tax self-monitoring in an entity.


Requirements:
1. Degree Holder in Accounting or Finance related discipline.
2. Certificated Public Accountants & Internal Auditor, by IIA.
3. 7 years experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Tax and Accounting areas.Business knowledge in FMCG industry is definitely an advantage.
4. Strong audit techniques
5. Good communication skills.
6. Familiar with China Tax Law.
7. Strong analytic skills with business acumen.
8. Mandarin and English.

10. Good perception skill and good interpersonal skill.
